We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in filling out online application forms accurately and efficiently while maintaining data confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill and submit online application forms with high accuracy.

• Verify candidate details and required documents before submission.

• Upload documents, photographs, and signatures as per application guidelines.

• Maintain records of submitted applications and track their status.

• Handle data entry tasks and ensure error-free information.

• Coordinate with candidates to collect missing or incorrect information.

• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

• Perform other administrative and computer-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computers and the internet.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and web browsers.

• Good typing speed and data entry skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work under deadlines.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Previous experience in online form filling or data entry will be an added advantage.
