The CSC Operator manages day-to-day operations of a Common Service Centre and assists customers/citizens with various online government and digital services. The role involves data entry, document processing, online applications, customer support, digital payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist citizens with online government service applications and registrations.

• Process services such as certificates, government schemes, PAN-related services, bill payments, insurance, banking, and other digital services, depending on the centre's authorization.

• Perform accurate data entry, document scanning, uploading, printing, and photocopying.

• Verify customer documents and information before submitting applications.

• Operate computers, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other office equipment.

• Handle digital payments and maintain transaction records.

• Provide customers with information about available services, fees, and application procedures.

• Track applications and help customers resolve issues or complete pending requirements.

• Maintain daily records, registers, receipts, and transaction reports.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of customers' personal documents and information.

• Coordinate with government departments, banks, service providers, and CSC authorities when required.

• Ensure the centre remains operational, organized, and compliant with applicable procedures.
