Job వివరణ

We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and customer-friendly Computer Operator for our Cyber Café. The candidate will assist customers with online services, document preparation, printing, scanning, and other digital tasks.

Responsibilities

Handle online forms and registrations.

Assist customers with government services and applications.

Printing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.

Basic data entry and typing work (Hindi & English).

Email creation and online account management.

Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy of data.

Handle cash transactions and billing.

Keep the workplace organized and professional.

Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet, Email).

Good typing speed in Hindi and/or English.

Polite communication and customer handling skills.

Ability to work independently and responsibly.

Prior Cyber Café, CSC, Data Entry, or Office experience preferred.
