Job Description
1. Handle daily computer-based operational activities and data processing.
2. Manage online registrations and application submissions through company portals.
3. Verify customer and business details and maintain accurate digital records.
4. Work with ONDC, Localekart and Easy Access Services platforms.
5. Handle data entry, documentation, Excel sheets and online applications.
6. Coordinate with field executives and team leaders for registration-related activities.
7. Monitor registration status and maintain daily operational reports.
8. Ensure accuracy, speed and timely completion of assigned tasks.
9. Provide basic technical and operational support to field staff.
10. Follow company procedures, data security policies and reporting requirements.
Required Skills
- Good computer knowledge is mandatory.
- MS Office, Excel and Internet browsing skills.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Ability to handle multiple online portals.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge can also apply.
