Senior Business Development Executive (BDE)

Experience: 3 to 6+ Years | Industry: IT Services / Software Development

We are looking for a Senior BDE with proven experience in generating leads, handling international clients, and closing IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, PPC, cold emailing, referrals, and other channels.

• Handle the complete sales cycle: Lead Generation → Client Call → Requirement Gathering → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure.

• Communicate confidently with international clients and decision-makers.

• Understand and sell Web Development, Mobile App Development, SaaS, E-commerce, UI/UX, API Integration, Custom Software, AI/Automation, and other IT services.

• Prepare customized proposals, estimates, SOWs, and presentations with the technical team.

• Negotiate pricing, timelines, scope, milestones, and contracts.

• Work closely with developers, designers, BAs, and project managers for smooth project handover.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business opportunities.

• Maintain CRM, sales reports, forecasts, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

• Build long-term relationships with clients and generate referrals/repeat projects.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience in IT/Software Services Business Development.

• Proven track record of closing web and mobile app development projects.

• Strong experience with Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, PPC, and other lead-generation platforms.

• Good understanding of software development, technologies, APIs, cloud, and project lifecycle.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Experience dealing with international clients is preferred.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently managing the complete sales cycle.
