FirgoMart 24Logistics Private Limited is an upcoming Indian e-commerce and logistics technology company, and we are looking to hire an experienced Full-Stack Deployment Engineer who can take full ownership of production deployment, infrastructure setup, and system stability for our platform built using Next.js frontend and Node.js and Java Spring Boot backend services. The role involves deploying applications on DigitalOcean or similar VPS/cloud environments, configuring Nginx reverse proxy, managing PM2 for Node.js services, and setting up Spring Boot applications with proper JVM and systemd configurations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu), environment variable and secrets management, PostgreSQL/MySQL databases with proper connection pooling (HikariCP, Prisma, Hibernate/JPA), logging, monitoring, crash debugging, and implementation of SSL/HTTPS, basic server security, and performance optimization for high-traffic use cases. We are seeking a professional with 3+ years of real production deployment experience who understands scalability and reliability beyond just writing code. This role is not suitable for freshers or frontend-only developers; we need an engineer who has hands-on experience deploying and maintaining live, production-grade systems end to end for a fast-growing Indian startup.
