Backend Developer / Backend Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Shopify Backend Developer to join our development team from Born Techies Private Limited. You will work closely with project manager and team members to create, customize, and maintain Shopify-based eCommerce websites for our clients.

Location: Ahmedabad & Work From Office Only

Responsibilities:
- Support backend & frontend development of Shopify liquid, applications and custom features.
- Learn and work with APIs, Shopify Admin, and app integrations.
- Learn and work with Hydrogen, React , Remix , Webhooks , MySQL
- Assist in setting up product data models, managing store logic, and ensuring smooth functionality.
- Work closely with senior developers on bug fixes, Shopify performance improvements, and feature enhancements.

Requirements:
- Good understanding of web development (JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS).
- Familiarity with APIs and JSON concepts.
- Interest in learning the Shopify ecosystem and backend workflows.
- Strong logical/problem-solving skills and eagerness to grow.
- Good English communication and team collaboration skills.
