Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager in managing customer service operations, coordinating the service team, resolving customer queries, and ensuring timely and effective after-sales support for our petrol pump management software.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in managing daily service operations and service team activities.

• Coordinate with customers for software-related queries, complaints, and support requirements.

• Provide software demos and customer training whenever required.

• Handle and resolve customer issues related to software functionality and basic accounting operations.

• Coordinate with the technical/development team for complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Monitor pending service complaints and follow up until closure.

• Support field visits for installation, training, troubleshooting, and customer requirements.

• Maintain proper records of customer complaints, service requests, visits, and resolutions.

• Guide and support Service Executives in handling customer queries effectively.

• Ensure good customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Prepare service-related reports and provide regular updates to the Service Manager.

• Assist in improving service processes and reducing recurring customer complaints.
