About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Android Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a good understanding of Android development, and the ability to work collaboratively with designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.

• Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance mobile applications.

• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern app interfaces.

• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.

• Identify and fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues.

• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

• Work with Git/GitHub for version control and team collaboration.

• Stay updated with the latest Android technologies and development trends.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Kotlin, and Java.

• Experience with Android Studio.

• Understanding of Android Architecture Components (MVVM, LiveData, ViewModel).

• Experience integrating REST APIs and JSON.

• Knowledge of Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, FCM, Analytics).

• Familiarity with SQLite/Room Database.

• Understanding of Material Design guidelines.

• Experience with Git/GitHub.

• Basic understanding of app publishing on the Google Play Store.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jetpack Compose.

• Knowledge of Flutter or React Native.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with payment gateway integration.

• Understanding of push notifications and background services.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Freshers with strong Android development projects are encouraged to apply.

• Experienced candidates with published applications will be preferred.
