We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative professional who can work on Agentic AI solutions, AI automation systems, and digital platforms while also supporting social media and digital technology initiatives.

Position Overview

We are hiring an AI & Agentic Solutions Developer who can work on creating AI-driven systems and business automation platforms including:

Agentic AI systems

AI-powered HRMS solutions

Merger & Acquisition (M&A) portals

Enterprise automation tools

AI workflow integrations

AI productivity systems

Social media and digital automation tools

The candidate should have hands-on exposure to modern AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, AI workflow systems, and emerging automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic AI & Automation Development

Work on developing Agentic AI-based systems and AI workflows.

Create AI-powered business automation solutions.

Build intelligent assistants, AI agents, and workflow automations.

Integrate AI APIs and automation platforms into business systems.

Develop AI-driven dashboards, analytics, reminders, and reporting systems.

HRMS & Productivity Systems

Assist in developing AI-enabled HRMS and employee productivity systems.

Work on attendance, task management, productivity tracking, and reporting modules.

Develop smart reminders, escalation systems, and AI-based suggestions.

Merger & Acquisition Portal Development

Work on creating portals for buying/selling businesses and institutional ventures.

Develop features related to listing management, lead generation, CRM, investor interaction, and business profiling.

Support automation of workflows for buyer-seller communication and business verification.

AI & Digital Tools

Use AI tools for content generation, automation, productivity, and business solutions.

Explore and implement emerging AI technologies and platforms.

Work on integrations using APIs and third-party applications.

Social Media & Digital Support

Support social media management and digital campaigns.

Create AI-assisted content for branding and marketing.

Work with tools for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and digital promotion.

Assist in creating presentations, digital creatives, and marketing materials.

Technical Coordination

Coordinate with developers, designers, and management teams.

Maintain documentation and project updates.

Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Technical Skills

Basic understanding of Agentic AI concepts and AI workflows.

Knowledge of AI tools such as:

Understanding of:

APIs and integrations

Workflow automation

CRM/HRMS concepts

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.

Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.

Understanding of UI/UX concepts will be an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, AI, Software, Digital Technologies, or related fields.

1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Freshers with strong AI tool exposure and practical skills may also apply.

Candidates from Gurugram/Delhi NCR preferred.
