Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime.
Assist in installation, activation, and configuration of Tally software.
Guide users on proper voucher entry, GST compliance, and report generation.
Ensure accurate data migration and backup procedures.
Train new staff or clients in the usage of Tally features.
Liaise with the accounting or finance teams to understand and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain documentation of support requests, resolutions, and user feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Tally support or accounting.
Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
