We are looking for a IT and sales Service Manager to join our team RAF STATIONARY MFG to take care of After Sales Service being designated as After Sales Service Manager and lead a team of engineers to resolve hardware & network issues mainly division of Ink-Jet Printers and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary range 20,000/- to 25,000 /- and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 3-4 Service Engineers

• Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues

• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems

• Manage the all clients with high quality performance

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma & above and 2-3 year Experience. Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, routers, LAN/WAN and diagnostic tools is essential.
