Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Executive with 2–3 years of experience to support and coordinate software development projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of Node.js and SQL, enabling effective communication with development teams, assisting in technical decision-making, and ensuring project delivery aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing software development projects.

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are well understood.

• Provide technical support in understanding backend systems built on Node.js and SQL databases.

• Track project progress, update documentation, and prepare weekly reports.

• Support the Project Manager in risk management, resource allocation, and project scheduling.

• Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.

• Conduct basic testing, data validation, and SQL queries to support project deliverables.

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience as a Project Executive, Project Coordinator, or Junior Project Manager.

• Good understanding of Node.js development and SQL database management.

• Familiarity with project management tools.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on coding/debugging experience in JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
