Key Responsibilities
• Network Monitoring: Continuously track traffic, performance, and security using monitoring tools.
• Incident Management: Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve outages, slowdowns, and malfunctions.
• Troubleshooting: Quickly address connectivity, bandwidth, or hardware failures.
• Alert Management: Review and prioritize alerts, escalating critical issues as required.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze network performance and recommend improvements.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of incidents, resolutions, and escalations.
• Maintenance Support: Assist in planned upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
• Security Monitoring: Monitor traffic and logs for potential threats, escalating to security teams when necessary.
• Customer Support: Provide timely technical assistance to internal teams and clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: BCA / MCA / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24x7 NOC environment).
