Install, maintain and fix computer hardware and network systems
Provide technical information and help

Key Responsibilities:
️ Laptop Support: Installation, configuration, formatting, software deployment, OS installation, and virus troubleshooting.
User Management: Create and manage corporate email IDs, passwords, and user access credentials.
Network Troubleshooting: Basic LAN/WAN configuration, Wi-Fi setup, resolving network connectivity issues.
CCTV Installation & Support: Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV camera systems at various locations.
Inventory Management: Maintain and update asset inventory (laptops, routers, CCTV devices, etc.) across locations.
️ Hardware & Software Implementation: Install and configure antivirus, productivity tools, and other licensed software.
On-Site Visits: Travel to multiple locations for system setup, hardware troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Documentation: Maintain service logs, support documentation, and installation reports.
Key Skills Required:

Good knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office suite installation.
Familiarity with networking concepts: IP addressing, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP.
Hands-on experience with CCTV system setup (DVR/NVR, camera configuration).
Basic knowledge of Active Directory & user management tools (preferred).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage IT assets and maintain inventory records.
