Key Responsibilities:
🖥️ Laptop Support: Installation, configuration, formatting, software deployment, OS installation, and virus troubleshooting.
📧 User Management: Create and manage corporate email IDs, passwords, and user access credentials.
📡 Network Troubleshooting: Basic LAN/WAN configuration, Wi-Fi setup, resolving network connectivity issues.
📹 CCTV Installation & Support: Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV camera systems at various locations.
🧰 Inventory Management: Maintain and update asset inventory (laptops, routers, CCTV devices, etc.) across locations.
🛠️ Hardware & Software Implementation: Install and configure antivirus, productivity tools, and other licensed software.
📍 On-Site Visits: Travel to multiple locations for system setup, hardware troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
📝 Documentation: Maintain service logs, support documentation, and installation reports.
