Key Responsibilities:
1. On-Site AMC Support & Troubleshooting: Conduct regular AMC service visits as per defined schedules. Provide immediate support for breakdown calls to ensure minimal downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software/network issues on-site.
2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Execute periodic preventive maintenance activities to ensure system health. Perform diagnostics and repairs on smart panels, projectors, PCs, and related peripherals. Identify wear and tear issues proactively and address them before failures.
3. Customer Interaction & Training: Guide end-users on proper system usage and best practices during AMC visits. Train basic troubleshooting techniques to school IT coordinators or staff.
4. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed service logs for every visit: issue reported, action taken, and status. Share service reports with internal teams and customers post-visit. Keep track of AMC schedules and upcoming renewals.
5. Spare & Tools Management: Carry and maintain adequate spare parts during AMC visits. Maintain checklists and verify tools before and after each field deployment.
6. Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with backend support, logistics, and customer care teams for issue escalation. Ensure timely updates and communication with clients regarding delays or part replacements.
