🧠 Deep subject mastery + ability to solve advanced STEM problems (UG/PG level)

🖊️ Strong content development skills (question banks, Olympiad/JEE Adv/GATE level problems)

🎥 Innovative pedagogy using animations, educational videos, and demos

💡 Strong communication + operational excellence with Google Workspace

Payout (IC – Independent Contractor):

🔬 STEM: ₹1500 – ₹3000 per hour

🔬 STEM (Advanced/Expert): ₹3000 – ₹5000 per hour
