PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

• Install, configure, and manage Server Hardware, Configuring ILO, AD environment.

• Configure & maintain RAIDs (RAID 1/5/10) for data integrity and performance

• Manage Active Directory (AD) and enforce security policies

• Deploy and manage virtualization platforms such as VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V

• Install, configure troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs & ensure robust network security

• Administer and maintain data backup solutions such as Acronis or equivalent

• Perform basic Linux (Ubuntu or equivalent) administration support ( added advantage)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Windows Server and RAID configuration

• Hands-on knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware/Proxmox/Hyper-V)

• Experience in network firewall configuration and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with VPN setup and maintenance

• Working knowledge of data backup solutions (e.g., Acronis or similar)

• Basic experience in Linux server administration (Ubuntu or similar)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VCP, RHCSA, or similar are a plus

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education :

• Minimum Education: - Graduation in any discipline or B Tech/ MCA/Computer Science or IT equivalent

• Technical Education: - Professional certification in Networking/ Microsoft is required

Experience

• Minimum Experience: - 8 Years + of same industry experience.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.
