We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT & P&S Equipment Manager to oversee the technical infrastructure and ensure seamless coordination between cinema operations, IT systems, and production/studio equipment. This role is key in managing KDM (Key Delivery Message) handling, ensuring timely content availability from vendors, and supporting site operation teams. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical expert with a strong background in IT, media technology, and live/recorded show execution.
IT Infrastructure Management:
Manage and maintain all IT hardware, software, and networking equipment across cinema and office environments.
P&S Equipment Oversight:
Supervise the setup, operation, and maintenance of all Production & Studio (P&S) equipment, including special formats used in cinema and live events.
KDM & Content Management:
Manage KDM processes and coordinate content availability from vendors to ensure timely and secure delivery for screenings.
Incident Logging & Knowledge Base Creation:
Maintain a detailed log of technical incidents, resolutions, and preventive actions; build a base knowledge repository for recurring issues.
Internal Support:
Provide prompt troubleshooting and application support to internal clients across various departments.
Show Execution:
Plan and execute live and recorded shows/events with 100% technical success, ensuring all systems run smoothly.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with Cinema Site Operations and the Cinema IT & P&S team to align technical readiness with operational needs.
Inventory & Asset Management:
Oversee the lifecycle, inventory, and maintenance schedules of IT and P&S assets.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
3–6 years of relevant experience in IT support, broadcast technology, or cinema operations.
Hands-on experience with KDM handling, DCPs, and vendor coordination.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Experience supporting content playback systems and projection technologies is an advantage.
Familiarity with digital cinema systems, media servers, and production workflows.
Working knowledge of ITIL practices or helpdesk ticketing systems.
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask and operate under pressure in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
