We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Professional to manage, maintain, and enhance our firm’s IT infrastructure. The role requires expertise in systems administration, networking, software, and hardware troubleshooting, while also supporting digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data management initiatives.
System & Network Administration
Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
Ensure reliable internet, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity across the office.
Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.
Technical Support
Provide timely desktop/laptop support to staff and advocates.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral device issues.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT hardware/software procurement and repairs.
Cybersecurity & Data Protection
Implement and monitor security protocols (firewalls, antivirus, VPN).
Manage backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery plans.
Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
Digital Tools & Productivity
Oversee email management systems, cloud storage, and collaborative tools.
Manage case management software, document management, and digital workflows.
Block unauthorized/unproductive websites and ensure controlled IT usage.
Upgrades & Innovation
Suggest and implement technology upgrades for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Support integration of AI, digital marketing, and automation tools.
Stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to law firms and corporate IT.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering (B.Tech, BCA, MCA preferred).
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant IT management/administration experience (law firm or corporate background preferred).
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.
Expertise in networking, firewalls, and data security.
Familiarity with office productivity tools, CRM, and legal case management software (preferred).
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and team support skills.
Reliable, ethical, and confidentiality-conscious.
