Install, maintain and fix computer hardware and network systems
Provide technical information and help

Responsibilities: -
• Meeting with the IT manager to discuss system needs.
• Designing and installing computer hardware configurations.
• Installing software and networking systems.
• Troubleshooting network and software issues.
• Installing high-level software security systems.
• Training staff on newly installed hardware and software systems.
• Responding to client IT support requests.
• Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
• Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
• Designing and developing hardware components including circuit boards, processors, and memory cards.
• Testing hardware components individually and in tandem with external computer systems.
• Analysing systems data in order to make changes to the hardware configuration.

Required Qualification: -
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in IT hardware support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of PC architecture, peripherals, and troubleshooting techniques.
