2–4 years of experience in an IT support or help-desk role; experience in educational publishing or school environment preferred
Proficient with Windows and Mac OS environments, networking basics, and common business software
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, antivirus tools, and remote support
Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to explain technical issues in simple terms
Customer-focused attitude and ability to handle multiple support tasks efficiently
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL
Experience with virtualisation (e.g. VMware), backup systems (e.g. Veeam), or server management
