Role Overview

We are seeking Field Hardware Engineers who own a bike and have basic hardware repair skills. The main job involves picking up parts from our office and repairing user laptops at their locations as per company data and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Collect required parts from office daily and travel to user locations for laptop diagnostics and repair.​

• Complete assigned repairs within specified timeline and according to company standards.​

• Accurately report completion of repairs and submit paperwork after each visit.​

• Communicate effectively with office staff and users for service coordination.​

• Maintain professional and courteous customer service during all tasks.​

• Travel allowance provided for trips exceeding 30 km from office.​

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; Diploma or degree in computer hardware preferred.​

• Practical experience with laptop, PC, or basic hardware repairs.

• Own a bike and valid driving license — ready for field work daily.

• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines independently.​

• Reliable, punctual, and good communication skills.

Salary & Allowance

• Fixed monthly salary between ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 based on experience and performance.​
