Job Title: Caretaker
We are looking for a responsible and reliable Caretaker to manage the day-to-day upkeep of the property and assist guests when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Take care of the overall property and its maintenance.
Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of rooms and common areas.
Assist guests with basic requirements and queries.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance staff, and vendors.
Report any maintenance or property-related issues.
Maintain basic inventory and property records.
Ensure the property is safe, secure, and well-maintained.
Provide daily updates to the property manager/owner.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Responsible and trustworthy
Basic problem-solving skills
Guest handling skills
Ability to coordinate with staff and vendors
Basic knowledge of property maintenance
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
