Role Overview
The Trainer will be responsible for training newly recruited house-help professionals (maids) and ensuring they meet Tenzo’s quality, hygiene, service, and behavioral standards before being deployed for customer assignments.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct structured training programs for newly recruited maids.
● Train workers on cleaning techniques, utensil washing, mopping, kitchen prep, and hygiene standards.
● Ensure workers understand Tenzo service protocols and customer etiquette.
● Provide safety training and professional conduct guidelines.
● Conduct practical demonstrations and assessments before deployment.
● Maintain training records, attendance, and performance evaluation reports.
● Coordinate with the operations team to ensure trained workforce availability.
● Conduct refresher training sessions for existing workers.
Key Skills
