Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and process-oriented Hospital Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensure smooth departmental coordination, maintain service quality, and deliver an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily hospital operations across OPD, IPD, reception, housekeeping, security, and support services.
Ensure smooth patient flow and timely resolution of operational issues.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, billing, and administration teams.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and shift management.
Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, quality standards, and patient safety protocols.
Handle patient and attendant concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain operational reports, checklists, and documentation.
Monitor inventory, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Support audits, inspections, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualification
Graduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or any relevant discipline.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration.
Skills Required
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of hospital operations and patient care processes.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
Computer proficiency and report management.
