Assign duties and manage work schedules
Ensure employees follow company rules and safety procedures
Conduct regular site inspections and performance checks

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Coordinate with management and clients
Ensure work quality and productivity targets are achieved
Conduct surprise day/night visits when required
Monitor uniform, grooming, and compliance standards
