We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team at OM ENTERPRISES. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Check Cleanliness: Inspect patient rooms, waiting areas, and operating rooms to ensure they are spotless.
Lead the Team: Make work schedules, assign tasks, and manage cleaning workers.
Organize and maintain physical records for easy access and retrieval.
Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.
Train Workers: Teach staff how to clean correctly and use protective gear.
Handle Medical Waste: Ensure dangerous medical waste is collected and thrown away safely.
Follow Safety Rules: Make sure the team uses the right chemicals to kill germs and prevent infections.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and 2 - 4 years of experience in Hospital. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
