We are looking for a responsible and proactive Store Supervisor to manage daily store operations, ensure service quality, and maintain smooth workflow at our Tumbledry laundry & dry-cleaning store.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily store operations and staff performance
Ensure quality check of garments before delivery
Handle customer queries and maintain service standards
Manage order tracking, billing, and cash handling
Maintain store cleanliness and machine upkeep
Coordinate with pickup & delivery team
Monitor inventory (packaging materials, detergents, etc.)
Ensure targets and TAT (Turnaround Time) are achieved
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in retail/store supervision
Basic computer knowledge
Good communication and customer handling skills
Leadership and problem-solving ability
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 (in-hand)
Location: Vasai West
