Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Store & Purchase Executive to handle purchasing, inventory control, and store operations for our resort, ensuring timely procurement and smooth coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and other resort materials.
Manage vendors for quality, cost, and timely delivery.
Maintain stock levels, inventory records, and store documentation.
Verify invoices and coordinate with accounts.
Ensure proper storage, issuing, and regular stock audits.
Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Store, Purchase, or Hotel Management (preferred).
1–3 years of relevant experience in hospitality.
Knowledge of inventory management and MS Excel.
Good communication skills.
Willing to stay on resort premises.
