Key Responsibilities

1. Housekeeping and Office Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.

• Keep the office furniture, equipment, and surroundings neat and organized.

• Arrange drinking water, tea/coffee, and other refreshments for staff and visitors, as required.

• Ensure the office has adequate cleaning and pantry supplies.

2. Office Support

• Assist staff with day-to-day office tasks.

• Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and document delivery when required.

• Help organize and maintain office documents and supplies.

• Support general administrative activities as assigned by management.

3. Bank Visits and Outdoor Work

• Visit banks for routine office-related work, such as depositing cheques, submitting documents, and collecting bank-related paperwork, as authorized.

• Visit other offices or institutions for document submission and collection when required.

• Ensure that documents and transactions are handled carefully and securely.

4. Purchase and Market Visits

• Purchase office stationery, pantry items, cleaning materials, and other necessary supplies as instructed.

• Visit local markets or vendors to collect quotations, purchase items, or pick up deliveries.

• Submit bills, invoices, and receipts for all purchases.

• Ensure purchases are made within the approved budget and with proper authorization.

5. Other Responsibilities

• Perform fieldwork and other outdoor duties whenever required by the office.

• Assist with loading, unloading, and arranging office supplies when necessary.

• Carry out any other reasonable office-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.
