Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and common areas
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
Assist with office work such as filing, photocopying, and document delivery
Carry files and documents between departments
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers
Support office staff with day-to-day tasks
Open and close office rooms as instructed
Follow office rules and maintain discipline
