Manage daily soft services operations and ensure smooth site functioning.
Supervise housekeeping, cleaning, pantry, and other facility support teams.
Manage manpower deployment, attendance, shifts, and performance.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure service quality standards are maintained.
Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues promptly.
Ensure proper usage and availability of cleaning materials, equipment, and consumables.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
Train and guide supervisors and housekeeping staff.
Monitor compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements.
Handle client escalations and implement corrective actions
5+ years of experience in Soft Services / Facilities Management.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping and facility operations.
Good team management and client-handling skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and teams.
Candidates with experience in corporate, commercial, residential, hospital, or mall facilities are preferred.
