Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and common areas.
Make beds, change linens, replace amenities, and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
Clean bathrooms, vacuum floors, dust surfaces, and sanitize all assigned areas.
Refill housekeeping supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
Handle guest requests promptly and politely.
Report maintenance issues or damages immediately.
Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Ensure proper handling of cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment.
Maintain daily housekeeping checklists and update room status.
Requirements:
Prior experience working in a 3–4 star hotel (mandatory).
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and housekeeping standards.
Good communication and customer‐service attitude.
Ability to work efficiently and manage time well.
Physically fit and willing to handle housekeeping tasks.
