Job Summary
The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing housekeeping operations and security services to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained workplace. The role includes supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating with security personnel, monitoring facility cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Housekeeping Management
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness of office premises, factory areas, and common spaces.
Monitor daily cleaning schedules and ensure hygiene standards are maintained.
Maintain inventory of housekeeping materials and raise requisitions when required.
Ensure proper waste management and disposal practices.
2. Security Management
Coordinate with security guards and ensure proper shift management.
Monitor entry and exit of visitors, employees, and vehicles.
Ensure visitor management procedures are followed.
Report and handle any security incidents or safety concerns.
3. Facility & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with housekeeping and security vendors for smooth operations.
Ensure service quality as per company standards.
Maintain attendance and performance records of housekeeping and security staff.
4. Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to company policies related to safety and discipline.
Support in emergency situations and maintain incident reports.
Assist in maintaining office discipline and cleanliness standards.
5. Administrative Support
Maintain records related to housekeeping and security operations.
Prepare reports related to facility maintenance and staff management.
Support the administration team in day-to-day operational activities.
Required Skills
Good coordination and supervision skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of facility management practices
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Experience
3 - 6+ years of experience in Administration / Facility Management / Security & Housekeeping supervision.
