Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) professional to support day-to-day office operations in a real estate firm. The candidate should be responsible, punctual, well-organized, and comfortable handling multiple office and field-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle routine office support and administrative tasks.

• Maintain office files, documents, records, and basic paperwork.

• Assist with printing, scanning, photocopying, filing, and document movement.

• Coordinate delivery and collection of documents from clients, banks, consultants, brokers, and government/private offices.

• Support the team with property-related documentation and site requirements.

• Manage office supplies and ensure basic office arrangements are maintained.

• Assist during client meetings and office visits.

• Coordinate with vendors, drivers, housekeeping, and other support staff when required.

• Perform local field visits across South Delhi for documentation and official work.

• Maintain confidentiality of company and client documents.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in office support/MTS/administration.

• Experience in a real estate, construction, builder, property consultancy, or related firm preferred.

• Good knowledge of South Delhi locations.

• Basic understanding of real estate documents will be an advantage.

• Should be comfortable with WhatsApp, basic smartphone applications, email, scanning, and document sharing.

• Must be disciplined, trustworthy, presentable, and professional.

• Two-wheeler with valid driving licence will be preferred.
