Multi-Skilled Technician ( MST)

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician ( MST) to join our team at Espire Hospitality Limited.

An MST job stands for a Multi-Skilled Technician (or Maintenance Support Technician), which is a hands-on role focused on repairing, servicing, and maintaining facility equipment and building systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Work: Fixing light panels, distribution boards, and basic wiring.

• Plumbing: Repairing leaks, clearing blockages, and installing fixtures.

• HVAC & Utility Maintenance: Inspecting heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and diesel generator (DG) sets.

• General Upkeep: Handling minor carpentry, troubleshooting machinery, and performing routine preventive checks.

Requirements

• Education: Typically an ITI trade certificate or diploma in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing fields.

• Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on building maintenance or general technical repair work.

• Skills: Good problem-solving abilities, physical dexterity, and the capacity to handle multiple maintenance tasks.

• It is a Full Time హౌస్ కీపింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
