Basic Function: Maintains the highest standards when handling guest laundry processing procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining a high quality standard. Role and Responsibilities Helps Administrators with administrative work for the Laundry department and provides accounting with an up-to-date report with regards to cost occurred by other departments. Responsible for giving instruction and assigning duties to the laundry staff and maintain discipline in the department. Ensure that all laundry equipment is kept in good working condition and staffs are trained to use it correctly. Controlling all waste happening in Laundry. Ensure all health & safety requirements are adhered to, including the use of chemicals by you and Laundry team. Ensure Departmental Performance Plan is understood and implemented. Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Laundry Attendant and Laundry Manager Education: Hotel Management Experience: Minimum 2 Years in the same role. Skills and Abilities : Ability to read, write and speak English.
