Laundry Helper

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Facility Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Darkstore Hub and ensure smooth pickup, delivery, and hub operations.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Assign pickups and deliveries to riders zone-wise and slot-wise.

• Ensure timely completion of daily operational tasks.

• Manage cloth sorting, ironing flow, packing, and dispatch operations.

• Monitor token arrangement systems and ironing quality standards.

• Supervise delivery activities across assigned zones.

• Conduct daily briefings with ironers and delivery executives.

• Manage attendance, weekly rosters, and team performance.

• Track operational KPIs including dispatch timelines, service quality, and turnaround time.

• Handle customer escalations and resolve on-ground issues promptly.

• Optimize routes and zone operations for maximum efficiency.

🎯 Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, darkstore operations, delivery hubs, or similar operations roles.

• Experience managing teams of 10+ people.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Knowledge of route planning and basic technology tools.
