Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Press Workers to join our professional laundry operations in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in garment pressing and finishing using industrial steam press or ironing equipment while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Press and finish garments using industrial steam press or ironing equipment.

• Handle different fabric types with the correct temperature and pressing techniques.

• Ensure garments are wrinkle-free, clean, and properly finished before packing.

• Inspect garments for stains, damage, or defects before and after pressing.

• Fold, sort, and prepare garments for dispatch.

• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and press machines.

• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

• Meet daily production and turnaround targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 6–12 months as a Press Worker, Ironer, Laundry Worker, or in a similar role.

• Freshers are not eligible.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

• Basic knowledge of garment care and fabric handling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience operating steam press or industrial ironing machines.

• Knowledge of different fabric types and finishing techniques.

Working Hours

• Shift-based duty as per company requirements.

• Weekly off as per company policy.
