Durkha Junction is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our team. If you have a passion for Nepali cuisine and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, this is a great opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing authentic Nepali dishes
Expertly fold and prepare momos (veg & non-veg)
Support the cook in daily kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Handle basic food prep tasks like chopping, mixing, and organizing ingredients
Requirements:
Prior experience in momo making/folding preferred
Basic knowledge of kitchen work
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
Clean and disciplined work habits
Willingness to learn and adapt
Working Hours:
Flexible shifts (to be discussed during interview)
Salary:
Negotiable based on experience
