We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team at STASS COSY ROOMS. The role involves HOUSE KEEPING OF ROOMS INCLUDING WASHROOMS AND GUIDE COWORKERS. Maintain checkin and checkout of Guests. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹13000 - ₹13000 salary.
Key Responsibilities:
HOUSE KEEPING OF ROOMS INCLUDING WASHROOMS
Maintain and organize Guest Checkin and Checkout physical records for easy access and retrieval.
Achieve Sales Targets during free hours to acquire Commission
Communicate with relevant teams to clarify the HOUSE KEEPING PROCESSES ,inconsistencies and improve processes.
Verify and correct errors, and identify irregularities promptly.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Job Requirements
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to house keeping and sales detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
