Housekeeping Supervisor

Role Overview:

We are seeking a well-connected Pan-India Housekeeping Supervisor / Manpower Coordinator. The ideal candidate must have an extensive, active network to select, recruit, and deploy housekeeping staff all over India based on shifting operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Pan-India Sourcing: Select, hire, and provide high-quality housekeeping staff in various regions across India.

Dynamic Staffing: Quickly deploy additional manpower to specific target areas as and when demand increases.

Team Supervision: Remotely or physically manage on-site teams, ensuring high standards of cleaning, dusting, and chemical use.

Roster & Operations: Maintain staff attendance, handle shift allocations, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in housekeeping supervision and large-scale manpower management.

A strong, existing network of vendors or direct workers across multiple states in India.

Excellent coordination and leadership skills.
