Position Details

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor who can manage housekeeping operations across 3–4 company units at different locations and ensure proper cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline in all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all housekeeping staff across 3–4 units.

• Allocate daily duties to housekeeping staff department-wise.

• Ensure proper cleaning and hygiene in production areas, offices, washrooms, corridors, and common areas.

• Conduct regular inspections and ensure cleaning standards are maintained.

• Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, their uses, dilution, and safe handling.

• Ensure the correct chemicals and cleaning equipment are used for different areas.

• Train housekeeping staff on proper cleaning methods and chemical usage.

• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, performance, and grooming.

• Maintain cleaning schedules, checklists, and basic housekeeping records.

• Monitor stock of cleaning chemicals, tools, and other housekeeping materials.

• Coordinate with Unit Managers and HR/Admin regarding housekeeping requirements.

• Identify and resolve cleanliness-related issues quickly.

• Visit all units regularly and ensure the same housekeeping standards are maintained across all locations.

• Candidate should be willing to travel between different company units as required.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• Good knowledge of industrial/factory cleaning.

• Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety.

• Strong staff management and supervision skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple units independently.

• Experience in manufacturing/paper/packaging industry will be preferred.

• Responsible, disciplined, and proactive attitude.
