Visit assigned sites daily and verify manpower availability.
Collect attendance and submit reports on time.
Ensure staff follow uniform, discipline, and client instructions.
Coordinate replacement for absentee staff immediately.
Solve site-level issues and escalate critical matters to the Operations Manager.
Conduct regular site audits (cleaning standards / security protocols as applicable).
Maintain good relationship with clients and address their concerns.
Assist in recruitment, joining formalities, and training at site.
Verify wage sheets, OT sheets, and attendance before submission.
Prepare daily/weekly reports.
