Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Purpose
To supervise housekeeping staff and ensure all assigned areas are clean, hygienic, well-maintained, and presented according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor the daily work of housekeeping staff.
Allocate duties and work areas to housekeeping employees.
Conduct regular inspections of offices, common areas, washrooms, pantry areas, and other assigned locations.
Ensure proper cleaning standards, hygiene, and sanitation are maintained.
Train staff on cleaning procedures, use of chemicals, equipment, grooming, and safety standards.
Maintain staff attendance, duty rosters, and manpower deployment.
Ensure employees follow proper grooming and uniform standards.
Monitor the availability and usage of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment
