Job Summary

The Assistant Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, supervise support staff, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security, and support staff.

• Assign and monitor daily tasks.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards are maintained.

• Handle guest requests and resolve basic complaints.

• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.

• Conduct daily team briefings and submit operational reports.

• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management or any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in hotels, resorts, homestays, or hospitality operations.
