We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Bwin Solutions to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. The role includes using appropriate cleaning methods, handling chemicals safely, and ensuring a sanitized environment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹25,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and allocate daily housekeeping duties to staff.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitization of all assigned areas.

• Conduct routine inspections and maintain housekeeping quality standards.

• Manage attendance, shift planning, and manpower deployment.

• Maintain stock of cleaning chemicals, consumables, and housekeeping materials.

• Train staff on SOPs, cleaning methods, and safety procedures.

• Ensure safe handling and proper storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• Coordinate with maintenance to report damages, repairs, and safety hazards.

• Prepare daily reports and ensure compliance with client and company standards.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 1 - 2 years of experience. Expert knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is essential. The role requires candidates with time management skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks efficiently.
