We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to manage daily housekeeping operations, supervise housekeeping staff, and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily duties.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all designated areas.
Inspect rooms, offices, washrooms, corridors, and common areas.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, and performance.
Ensure proper use and availability of cleaning materials and equipment.
Maintain housekeeping checklists, duty rosters, and inspection reports.
Train staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene, and safety standards.
Handle housekeeping complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with other departments for maintenance and cleaning requirements.
Monitor inventory and report shortages of housekeeping supplies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping; supervisory experience preferred.
Good communication and team management skills.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards.
Ability to manage staff and maintain discipline.
Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
Responsible, punctual, and well-organized.
